太白粉可使蛋糕的口感變很柔軟細緻,若用玉米澱粉來取代,口感也不及太白粉的柔軟,很特別哦。😊

I tried, it tastes nice but i think i baked until it is a little dry. Any advice on how to make it less dry? Thanks.

Hello there, you can reduce baking Time, check the cake a few minutes before the recommended baking time. It’s done when a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs, not completely clean. 😊
