Ouuuuufff!! This one is a killer workout!! So glad I chose to do this this morning. I have fallen off the workout bandwagon and didn't feel so strong at some parts of this sequence compared to what I used to be able to do, but I know that tomorrow I'll be stronger and that is just so rewarding. Plus sweating and getting the heart rate up -- do I feel alive!!! Thanks a million Ashley, you're my go-to gal!!! 🥰
