Using minimal equipment and your own body-weight you will see how much definition and strength you can achieve in minimal time and with minimal space. The pace is fast, but the moves are not complicated to follow so you can really focus on executing each one with perfect form.
In Shape It Bosu you will perform standing and mat combinations that will challenge your balance and strength. You will see exercises such as squat and knee raise combinations, down dog glute raises, diagonal lunges and kicks, push ups with glute raises as well as outer and inner thigh raises. You will perform all the exercises on one side and then move to the other. There are unique combinations that are easy to follow but tough to do. There will be easier modifications shown throughout, so make sure you choose your level. To intensify this workout you can add light dumbbells or ankle weights.
