www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the SHAPE IT Series, these workouts will sculpt your entire body with unique combination moves that get the heart rate up and the muscles burning! Using minimal equipment and your own body-weight you will see how much definition and strength you can achieve in minimal time and with minimal space. The pace is fast, but the moves are not complicated to follow so you can really focus on executing each one with perfect form.
In Shape It Bosu you will perform standing and mat combinations that will challenge your balance and strength. You will see exercises such as squat and knee raise combinations, down dog glute raises, diagonal lunges and kicks, push ups with glute raises as well as outer and inner thigh raises. You will perform all the exercises on one side and then move to the other. There are unique combinations that are easy to follow but tough to do. There will be easier modifications shown throughout, so make sure you choose your level. To intensify this workout you can add light dumbbells or ankle weights.

Added this on to your Full Body Ballet Box Express. I don't have a bosu so I used my step platform for this so there wasn't a big balance challange for me in it but there was lot's of fun and dynamic moves and I enjoyed it 😊😊. thank you, Linda for your super various workouts!

yes, you can definitely use the step and still get a great workout. I bet there are a lot of new workouts you can do with the step 😁

Somehow I’m doing my workouts in the evening these day and it’s not typical for me and I don’t feel really comfortable about it because mornings feel the best for me and I kind of push myself and choose easier workouts in the evenings but that’s not an excuse so I did this one 😊. Thanks, Linda!

i am the same. If I don't workout in the morning I find it very hard to motivate myself to do so in the evening. Great job on getting a tough workout done! 😊

Thank you Linda for this incredible and fun 230 cal burn workout this morning! This makes the top of my list for when my favorite exercises from you! And although I didn’t have a bosu ball I used a step and ankle weights. Thank you for everything you share with us.😊💪🏻👍🏻

The BOSU would be used more often in fitness workout ! the realization of varied trainings, qualitative and effective, solicit more the deep muscles in a funny way. Thank you Linda !

Started my morning with this one and again as I don't have a bosu I used my step instead 😊 and I also increased the pace for some of the moves just because I didn't have to challenge my balance 😊. Thank you, Linda!

I'm a sweaty mess after this! I am absolutely obsessed/loving these new workouts you are creating. They really work the legs and booty like no other. This is your Ultimate Bosu workout so far- I am super excited to do the next one you release! My favorite series was the lunges. I liked all of the down dog lifts and that deep lunge...they also stretched at the same time. I also loved the push ups at the end with the bosu upside down. I don't workout enough with the bosu so I really appreciate this. I paired it with your Fusion Mat Tabletop Glutes and Fusion Mat Outer Thigh. Thanks!!

Yes, the long lever moves feel so good even though you are working hard. I love the dynamic stretch element of all the down dog glute raise moves too 😊

WOW!! Thank you Linda for this bosu ball workout. I had to modify, which I did, and still had some tough times. This is so different than the traditional weight workouts that I normally do and I love the fact that you still get your heart rate up, and use every muscle in your body. As I hear Sean Vigue often say (another quality instructor) your body is a machine. You are proof positive of that:):):) Can't wait to do more, Pam

Thanks so much Pam. Once you start with body weight workouts that really challenge you, you realize that you don't need anything else to get a good workout. Equipment should definitely be a bonus! 😊

Oh my goodness! I was all over the place with this one!! My balance needs work!! Had to use my rebounder in place of the bosu. It wasn't bad but definitely need to go get a bosu! Thank you Linda!!!

It's a good idea to start with a rebounder. The bosu will definitely be tougher when you do get one, but you can always have a chair nearby to hold on to for the extra wobbly bits 😊

This kind of low impact but high intensity workouts is so essential for a person like me, who does high impact cardio and strength training all the time. I feel my joints, tendons, and core need it desperately. Thank you, Linda. Superb!

I bet next time you do it you will find it easier. These workouts are definitely mind and body workouts so. Once you know the moves you will find more and more effective as you concentrate on form 😊
