I am 75 years young and I now do three reps as close in as possible for the first two exercises he showed! I have been a certified ISSA fitness trainer since I was 50. This is definitely ONE of the BEST I have ever used. As I also teach Preparedness and Survival it does make an AWESOME weapon which I keep by my bed!

Resistance training is key. Slow and controlled reps. 3 sets of 10,12 or 15 reps to start. I have the 88lb python twister and man is it hard.

I have the original Joe Weider 007 power twister. The one Dave Draper used in magazines in the 60’s and 70’s. It’s still looks as good as the day I bought it. I don’t remember the resistance poundage it has, but it works great.
