Hello I'm tracking my levels and have discovered that 30 min after a meal (natural yoghurt, fruit and nuts) my blood sugar was 157. Then at 1 hour it came down to 137. Is it normal to spike earlier than 1hour? And does the 30 min level count or the 1 hour level?

No . The levels are within normal range. Would suggest to take a lab test (random glucose) once if you have not done GTT.

eating 6 meals is not good. this is why intermittent fasting is great. eating foods constantly over and over tend to raise your sugar levels as you eat (depends on what you eat) but you also become more addicted to food this way. we should just eat when we feel hungry and get to the state where we dont eat for 14-16 hours from the time you had your last meal.

1. Why are you calling it a disease? It is not a disease but a temporary condition as the name suggests itself - gestational or during pregnancy 2. Exercise after meals has always increased my sugar levels - doesn't work for everyone! 3. Align meals with sun timings - what if we are living in northern climates and during winter time we barely see any sun? 4. Bitter guards are not safe during pregnancy - can cause contractions or miscarriages. Beets and peppers have high sugars. 5. Barley, oats, and millets have sky rocketed my sugars too! I stopped watching after you said millet.
