Our Rifle & Rod Club had their annual oyster dinner on Saturday. I ate so many oysters I could hardly get up and leave. They were so sweet and perfectly fried. When it was time to leave all I wanted to do was unbutton my jeans. Boy was I stuffed!!!

Do you have separate hobbies as well as enjoying the same things? What made you move to Florida from Nebraska? I would like to see more cooking with fresh seafood options from your area. Being in Indiana we don’t ever have the fresh seafood options and I have found while visiting the southern states that we really don’t cook seafood the same way as they do down there. I absolutely LOVE good southern cooking! The fresh caught shrimp dishes are my favorite! 🥰

I would absolutely love to watch you cook more fish. I love fish, but I don’t make it because I’m intimidated by it. So if you could show a few different cooking techniques, that would be greatly appreciated. Not salmon though. That’s just too “fishy” for my palate. Neutral fish or light tasting.
