Thank you so much Shree Prasanthji for all the yoga practices you teach. One minor suggestion which is very important for all of us beginners. Breathing in and breathing out is a very important step in any Pranayama and Asanas In this video, you explained very clearly how to breath "In", either through nose or mouth and how to breath "out". In other videos, you mention how to breathe in, but sometimes how to breathe out was not so clear. In the next videos, could you please also display a printed message or a note, how to "breath in" and how to "breath out". Breathing is very important. Even if your audio is not clear, we can see the written message.
