Greetings Paul, I realize you are busy as am I, but I need to reach out to you and ask for some help in my current workout and diet regiment. I need to get a routine and diet that works for me, but with a back injury and hip surgery, my workout and diet have suffered and I feel like I can’t focus as much as I did once. Can you help point me in the right direction with creating another regiment so I can rebuild my body again. Any help would be appreciated.

By looking at your opening picture your as shoulders don't look big .3d. or boulder type there pretty puny..you need to hit them from the rear side and front at least twice to as week with hardcore training barbell overhead press side laterals and rear shoulder work mickey mouse bands are not going to do much for you hit to them hard and the hey will grow c as t follow your training advice if you practice we hat you preach you should have bigger shoulders and you need to bring up your traps and arms to match if you want to look good in a T-shirt. . S
