Great program! However, I'd avoid the pull up/down behind the neck. Puts too much stress on the neck and is highly frowned upon in the physical therapy clinics.

Upright rows are bad for your shoulders, can cause impingement or irritation of the bursa, specially on older people. Keep your shoulders healthy 😁

Me too Carol. I created an exercise bar years ago to help me with stroke recovery where I used lots of exercises. It is made from pvc and can be filled with water to add weight. You can see it on facebook at facebook.com/ezexer DeAnna is da bomb :)
