I started today 7/30/24, did it on a fasted state(20 hours). I love that I can follow at my own phase, took it 2 notches down. But my body still cried haha! I need to lose 20 kgs more and ofc would want my belly fat gone then toned. This 'ol lady just turned 40teen😂 We cannot afford to compromise health anymore. Thank you so much for sharing this workout! ❤🙏🏻💪

Absolutely magnificent. I will begin this routine this week at night. Cut out beer night and replace with this ab workout.

Hi, I have cut off having beer but I have replaced it by a peg of alcohol sometimes and while having alcohol don't mix it with soda. Infact you can have it with water or without any thing. This is what the Dr advised me. But what you have decided to do is great. God bless you.

@@ВасяКуролесов-б1ц нет не в курсе. Но весь в поту сопля во рту))) Даже походка меняется. Я считаю упражнения на пресс самые главные. Делаю утром на голодный желудок после теплой воды
