I just saw an N.I.H. article on Bhramari that said humming in general will increase sinus Nitric Oxide that kills many infectious organisms, including the SARS-CoV (2004) and may do the same with Covid 19! Thanks for the timely lesson.

If you do this at certain frequency it will shatter virus like a singer breaking glass. Even myth busters didnt screw that one up. We had this knowledge since long before this fake pandemic. If you cant hit a tune of a frequency; hit a fractal harmonic of it. Divide by x^3 or 6 or 9 as example or multiply by x^3 or 6 or 9 If using together with speakers dont place them opposing each other at 180 degrees. 72 degrees phase conjugate

Making humming "M" sound while at the same time exhaling is very difficult. Can we do it while holding the breath and then exhale it ?

Hi Muhammad yes you can do yoga in the evening but make sure you practice 3 hours after you eat. try to practice 1 hour a everyday. 10 to 15 of breathing practice.

Thank you for the Video sir/madam. I have a doubt which is confusing me a lot. Could you please suggest me. My question is while performing Pranayama it is said that our stomach should rise up while inhaling and stomach should go down while exhaling. But in my case it is happening vice versa that is my stomach is going down while inhaling and my stomach is rising up while exhaling. Why its happening with me? Is it okay to continue breathing in the wrong manner and perform pranayama? Please suggest me as I am not able to perform any pranayama if I follow the correct breathing pattern. Please anyone here please help me out.....

Think of it like you are putting air into a balloon, your stomach is your balloon and it inflates with air when you inhale then when you exhale your stomach compresses

Its advisable one shouldn't do yoga just watching videos . Yoga needs very spl. attention . Some other videos of bhramani the entire positioning as well as instructions for performing is totally different. Request, pl perform under the guidance, physically present. Every yoga mudra is not fit for all of us. Right age to start yoga is 18 years. This is my opinion pl.

Pranayam ka naam mat kharab kiya karo. Bhramri ka nam Bhramri hai, Bee breathing nahi. Jinko pronounce karna nahi aata unko sikhao. Hum Volkswagon ko Folkswagon pronounce karna sikhte hain na? Usi tarah sikhao. Students ke saamne Shashtang Namaskar mat karne lag jao.
