100 dino ki practice ke baad bhi nahi hua par yeh video dekhne ke baad ekdam se ho gaya. Thank you didi. Mere liye mai 3 dino mein ye kar liya yahi mere liye kafi hai

Yes!! I truly believe it's easilly accessable once you've mastered basic lying chakrasana. The main challenge is to overcome fears 😅

oh It's great!! I want to be flexible because i love dance and i need this in that.It's easy to watch.when i saw it i was like 'yo i can do it'😂 but then when i tried it was damn difficult.!! Can you tell me how many times should i do this in one day?

Hey hi start with 3 reps and you can for 3 to 5 breaths and then slowly you can increase the reps.

superb. i always try this but not successful so far. cannot go beyond a certain point wherein body will not bend anymore and am scared of breaking some bones. So I lie down and lift shoulder up and give hands to support. But looking at the way you do it, it looks easy and will try to do it this way. main problem is to overcome the fear.
