Ugh...30 tough minutes completed🥵 not sure why I struggle with body weight workouts but they're not my favorite and I had to do alternatives for many of the exercises but I got it done! Thanks for another challenging week Vera, see you for week 3 and enjoy your weekend 🙂

I enjoyed every workout this week. I really like tabatas. push to the max and still have energy for the day. special mention to the fact that you incorporate a minute break between sets 👍🏼👍🏼 even stretching is interesting. already looking forward to week 3. thank you 🙂

I was so happy with the selection of core work in this workout. I was really able to feel my core engage even with modifications. My core has been the most difficult to strengthen since having a child, but I’m starting to feel stronger with this program already. Equally as exciting, my hamstring and lower back flexibility is also improving during cooldowns. Thank you Vera!
