I was feeling tired and unmotivated to work out today, and almost pushed this off for tomorrow. I’m so glad I didn’t! It felt amazing and was perfectly challenging for me today. Feeling strong, sweaty, and ready for week 3! Thanks, Vera! 💪🏼

Ugh...30 tough minutes completed🥵 not sure why I struggle with body weight workouts but they're not my favorite and I had to do alternatives for many of the exercises but I got it done! Thanks for another challenging week Vera, see you for week 3 and enjoy your weekend 🙂

You got it done!! That’s what matters!! Bodyweight workouts are always tougher for me than dumbbell workouts - but have to keep challenging ourselves 💪

I enjoyed every workout this week. I really like tabatas. push to the max and still have energy for the day. special mention to the fact that you incorporate a minute break between sets 👍🏼👍🏼 even stretching is interesting. already looking forward to week 3. thank you 🙂

Week 2 is complete. I did it! I am really doing it! Week 3 starts tomorrow and I am excited to see my 12wk results bc I am seeing and feeling results already. I definitely have more energy since I have been doing this 12wk program .

I was so happy with the selection of core work in this workout. I was really able to feel my core engage even with modifications. My core has been the most difficult to strengthen since having a child, but I’m starting to feel stronger with this program already. Equally as exciting, my hamstring and lower back flexibility is also improving during cooldowns. Thank you Vera!

Body weight is so much tougher to me and I think it’s mostly mental but this was a great circuit and I sweated like crazy.

Very creative and love trying out all the new exercises on the day when I’m not using weights. Especially love the burnaut at the end those Star planks are the toughest exercise in the whole group for me!!🥵😤😎

I see you Vera 👀 I didn’t know you were a prankster. I saw the video earlier and I was like okay easy-peasy I’ve got this…Yeah right 😂😂😂. I mean I didn’t expect it to be hard but it was. You should have seen my face when I saw Tabata Burnout on my screen. I was like Vera no. I don’t want a burnout. I am done 😒 but once again I saw you and I was like if she can do it so can I. I pushed through even for the last movement. I mean that plank was 🥵. Thank you very much Vera 🙏🏾. I can’t believe that you are giving us these amazing workouts for free.
