Wow thanks for sharing this beautiful workout because training glute is important in our body because it helps our leg stronger and to stand out on any exercise we want to push because we most need stronger legs to do that i know that because i have done many glute exercises in my channel so i know how important it is so don’t miss your leg , glute day because i don’t miss doing it too even in my channel so let get it done ✅

I’ve finished filming and actually took a few days off training. But, I’m really missing the workouts and the discipline that they give me, so I’ve just restated filming some new workouts 🥰

I am a giant fan and have been training along with you for quite a while, but those goodmornings with a band gave me the worst pinched nerve in my neck and shoulders... I must have been doing something wrong... As soon as I started feeling like adding the band wasn't a good idea I stopped using it but I guess it was already too late. Anyone else experience this with the banded good mornings?

Sounds like you might have been using your neck instead of your glutes/low back, and maybe the resistance was too much for you. I’d recommend perfecting your form first before adding the band or use the lightest band.
