🚩Disturbance of posture is a stable deviation of the body (torso) from the normal, physiological position. This pathology is accompanied by an increase in or, conversely, smoothing of the physiological curves of the spine.
🚩Causes of posture disorders:
- lack of motor activity
-Incorrectly selected furniture (for example, a table that does not match the height, etc.)
-Pathology of the musculoskeletal system
-Reducing the sensitivity of receptors that are responsible for the correct position of the body in space
- diseases of internal organs
- hearing impairment
- visual impairment, etc.
🚩Often, posture disorders occur in two planes: in the anterior and lateral directions. The latter are accompanied by asymmetry between the right and left halves of the torso.
🚩Main symptoms:
-Round back
-Slouch
-Round concave back
-Flat back
-Flat-bend back
🚩One way or another, problems with posture will lead to a change in the angle of the pelvis - forward/backward tilt, which will necessarily affect the quality of life. To correct the situation, you need to perform a set of exercises shown in the video.
🚩If, in addition to posture disorders, there is scoliosis in a particular department, the complex must be corrected. For each individual case, a personal consultation on the selection of specialized exercises is required.
