We are three weeks out from the NPC Oklahoma Championships! I am registered to compete in the Figure Division True Novice and Open Class A. Come along with me as I document my last few weeks of Prep for my very first bodybuilding show. This has been a dream of mine for years. I struggled with my weight as a child. I set out to lose weight in 2020 and began strength training in the process.
