I’m 30. I started to notice that I was developing a deeper wrinkle in my under eye area on the side that I sleep on. I started to take collagen and after a few weeks I started to see that the wrinkle was less noticeable. I also noticed new hair growth around my hairline. Dr. Dray talks about a few studies that have been conducted on collagen in the past. It kinda confirmed my conclusions about the wrinkle.

I do not experience any pain. I was Notorious for sitting under a hooded dryer with all of that hot are hitting the crown of my head. Although it's been a long time , I can see some hair growing back so who knows. @@BeezyBee89 Lulz, yeah, they were non-alcoholic of course, but she served them in martini glasses and these girls were like ten years old. It reminded me of Regina George's mom in Mean Girls.

Is it necessary to wash face in AM before Q10 cream? With water or with cleanser? Does it affect the absorption/effectiveness? I don't wash my face in AM

Dr Dray is it safe to use Neutrogena T-gel shampoo? I know it has nothing to do with this video but just really curious. Just really confused as some have claimed that it’s main ingredient coal tar may cause cancer😥

Hey Dr. Dray! Can I apply Tretinoin or Retinol and then watch something on my iPad or iPhone ? Or does the blue light from it degrade the tretinoin/retinol?

I do want to know

I think that is not a good idea unless you have blue light protection screen on your phone. You may develop hyperpigmentation on your face.

The link takes you to the Q10 with Retinol. Is it okay to use if you are already using a retinol?

microchanneling? that‘s a new procedure isnt‘t it?
@naightengale1013 жыл бұрын
@D. It's micro-needling with a derma-pen. Just that some treatments simultaneously deliver infusions of peptides, hyaluronic acid or other ingredients into the skin as the needling is done.

Mazagran coffee is a coffee lemonade concoction. I am sure that cranberry lemonade is a spin off of that. I have tried to make it at my cafe and its... interesting and surprisingly, not terrible.

Does taking collagen supplements help your body? They are so gross smelling/tasting.

Yes, a good sleep is critical but how do you get yourself good quality 8 hours sleep? I wish I could sleep without waking up several times in the night
