Hi there! Do you mean the platform I'm using? My husband built that wooden platform for me so I can put a yoga mat down and film videos. It is difficult to practice on the grass because the ground is uneven. Hope I understood your question. :)

Maris, I love this hour long intermediate well rounded flow so much, I hope you make more. Your soothing voice and minimal cues is so wonderful. And your flows feel so fluid and intuitive while also building strength, balance and focus. Very balanced, challenging and peaceful. I really like well rounded flows that don't work up to a peak pose and just ring out and strengthen the entire body while giving mind its meditation practice.
