Yes.. But if u replace sprouts for carb rich diet.. Better to start eating millets for weight loss

Depends on portion. You cannot eat a lot of sprouts as they are packed with fiber and create a feeling of fullness easily

first soak at least 12 hours next clean it with water 3 to 5 times next dry it under fan 10/15 minutes take clean cotton cloth and put moong in it and tightly tie it put in a closed box at least 30 hours next clean it with water 2 times add lightly carrot, coconut,pinch of pink salt 😅
