I just started using cream of wheat for the first time as an alternative to oats. Definetly something to get used to. I mix in a scoop of protein powder, sprinkle in some cinnamon and maybe some cut up strawberries. Then seperatly I do 3 whole omega 3 eggs, and like 6 white or more depending how I'm feeling. Pretty simple overall and gets the job done.

I like my eggs overeasy so they can ooze and mix into the grits a little. Personally I see grits as more analogous to white rice than to oats: almost pure carbs, easy digesting, not much fiber, and pairs well with pretty much anything.

Few more minutes in the kitchen and you can make a tasty omelette with spinach, sliced bell peppers, cottage chese, salt and spices or whatever you wanna put on it. Very tasty! Plus some oatmeal with some berries, of some sort, on it. Bodybuilders could be a little more creative in the kitchen.
