Jiraiya Sannin Yeah, but that's the thing. While some people could wait two more years for the next seasons, others might not have that patience. One Punch Man had this huge popularity when it first came out. But like any popular thing, it doesn't last forever. Executives must've feared that if they kept holding back for long, some bigger show would come and dominate the space One Punch Man once held. I don't agree with the new art style, but I understand why they decided to put it out there. We should just hope that they make a season 3 with the original director returning back.

Estrogen Fury Yeah, I love KH 1 and 2 (didn’t play any spin offs) but KH3 just disappointed me. The combat gave you too many specials moves- it felt like the game was just playing itself. (Which is a shame because I liked that you could map spells to specific buttons and change between 3 keyblade easily.) And the story was really bad. So many things that needed time to be fleshed out and explained got shoved into the last 10% of the game. And the 90% before that wasn’t interesting. And Kairi had so much build up for zero pay off. I won’t be playing it again anytime soon

Have you watched the episodes and not the trailer? Yeah, animation is different but it ain't bad. And for average viewer it won't make a real difference.. biggest drawing changes are made on saitama. Others look kinda the same. Animation sometimes feels different but again it's not bad as everyone making it. Also I don't believe you watched One punch man only because of animation. And as far as plot and comedy goes it is gold. Episode 2-3 promise a better season than 1.

Murata has an amazing sense of camera angles, movement and impact. OPM season 2 is really like a PowerPoint with a lot of jump cuts and overuse of still frames

If we focus more on praising specific outstanding members of a studio than on praising only the studio or anime itself, we can expect that analysts whose job it is to find out what people want will report a more significant correlation between those members of the studio and the public success of the anime, meaning that the company which owns the studio will be less likely to take those members away from the anime as it might hurt their profitability. watched 2 eps of the new season... they seem to have switched out voice actors and they seem to have gone with a more cost effective method of animation where they just animated the manga as keyframes and promptly neglected to edit and make things more physics related... The thing that I don't like about it is the anime is just exposition dump, after exposition dump, after exposition dump I don't know what is it about the manga that has such fluid pacing to it, it never feels too fast, meanwhile the season 2, well it's just blazing fast in the first episode we got introduced to King and Fubuki, in one of the most "in your face" way, sure King's one I like, but fubuki just goddamn pops up without proper introduction in the second, Fubuki's organization, Garou, and Amai mask, same with fubuki, both garou and amai mask, they just goddamn pops up like it's no big deal I don't know, maybe we'll get garou's backstory in the next episode? I hope that happens

That's why I'm not gettin all the hate on Season 2. The story of Season 2, IMO, is significantly better than Season 1. Animation isn't, but story is 100%. I was shaken by one of the episodes in Season 2. Won't spoil but I never was nearly as shook by what happened in S1. Their animation is still GOOD even, it's not like it's bad unlike *Cough* dragon ball's * cough* was. But there's also a consistent storyline to Follow in Season 2 that Season 1 didn't technically really offer.

This season has the focus on the side characters to show how Saitama changes them for the better and I love it all the same. There's a reason Season 4 is taking a whole year, versus just 6 months, because now that a second movie's on the way, BONES doesn't want to repeat that, ever again (one of the guys in charge even said, as much).

Im a big fan of yutaka nakamura. He is a god of animation. He animated the fight against overhaul and deku in MHA. He animated some fights in mob psycho and the boros fight in one punch man and he also did the deku vs todoroki. He is PHENOMENAL with impact frames.

The freelancers at Madhouse are some of the best animators in the world. I hear they did not want to do One Punch Man again, but whatever project they decided to do, I'd love to know what it is. I bet it looks just as amazing as One Punch Man. But yeah, my expectations for One Punch Man definitely got shot down. All of my friends actually agree the second season looks fine, which is why I sometimes dislike noticing stuff like this. I wish I could just blindly enjoy it like they do. It seems their allure toward the series was more so because of its charm, rather than its finer detail. Which isn't a bad thing. JCS has, so far, produced one episode of comparable animation quality. I am only hoping for the best as we approach the final fights. The last one should for sure rival Madhouse at worst and surpass it at best. But, my hopes for the latter are very, very low. Even a bit at the former. Though, you're right in that they've made great anime. High Score Girl is one of my most recent favorites from them. Still, I love this series a lot for how it manages to handle the fighting. Making the main character the most powerful is absurd, but unique. And it always makes you look forward to how they're going to use him. I only wish the best for One Punch Man. If another season is made, it should have much better overall animation quality. Also, I completely forgot how amazing the soundtrack was in the first season. Hearing that piano song in the video really brought back some amazing memories.

I've just rewatched season 2 again just to make sure it wasn't as bad as I remember...But like, even the writing just feels...cheap. The fact that it ends with key animation from the last season is just...Bizarre. The sound design is...NUTS. The horrible "textured" look of certain materials doesn't fit into any part of the art style. But the worst thing is the storyboarding. This feels like one of those "bad" DBZ episodes...but it's the entire season. There are a few short cuts of good key animation lead movement, but WOW no one cares.

Difference with having a good studio handling an anime: Boku no Hero - every season just keeps better and better Because studio BONES knows how to handle the series. Another example is MOB Psycho. They paid homage to ONE's artstyle whilst having badass animation. It boils down to the studio, cause they are the ones who reviews the finished product.

I'm so unbelievably thankful for all the hard work the animators put into the second season and I still haaave hope (?) while the first season is close to my heart for MANY reasons and I'm SO disappointed Madhouse and the OG animators couldn't return to make the second. I still want to be thankful for the animators hard work.

I'll just keep up with the Manga because it is quite sexy As for favorite animator, gotta go with Hiroyuki Imaishi. Exactly, there is so many shows out there right now that are absolute bangers. Do you like some psychological yet lighthearted shows? Kaguya-sama. Wanna watch a swordfight-filled action packed redemption story with badass animation and art? Dororo. Want to see a sort of coming-of-age yet fucked up one? Neverland. They definitely should've taken more time to make this animation better, because it's pretty shit right now

@@LeeBankai Well the difference is that when Madhouse animated Season 1 it wasn't just them, the director called in a lot of connections and freelancers to help him out with Season 1 which is why it looks so good, so we couldn't really ever expect Season 2 to look just as good especially if the studio changed but it still looks bad tho
