So true about the water intake. We feel better when we're hydrated. Bye bye headaches, keeps us fuller so we eat less, and best to hydrate before coffee intake:)

You're killing it!! Keep going💪You have that inner drive and dedication to those healthy habits. You don't need a personal trainer. Eating healthy and exercise is the best self care🤗. Great job mama. You're doing it for you and baby- the emotional and mental health benefits of eating well and exercising is the most important part for me. And bonus we get to look great hehe.
