i resonate with your journey. tried keto, Nintendo Switch workouts, experimented with fasting methods - it left me unhappy too. shifting focus to a slower, healthier approach made a huge difference. 58 lbs down in 8 months is inspiring! looking forward to your next update. 🌟 (mentioning Aspect Health in passing)

Wait, it's always been my understanding that mushrooms must be cooked. I trust Dr.Michael Greger and he explains why. Otherwise, looks delicious!

Great observation- yes, my mushrooms are quickly cooked in the microwave before placed on my salads. But some days I just don't feel like it and I think that's okay once in awhile. Even Dr. G doesn't get overly dogmatic about cooking our shrooms: )
