Thankfully I am doing all of these things. 10 minutes of exercise before breakfast, and 30minutes walk before dinner. Subha uthtey Saath room temperature water with lemon drops. And breakfast bhi billul Wohi Jo aapney bataya hai. Now waiting for the results. 😅

Kindly share diet plan for teachers plzzzzzz ....as teachers have to sit for a long time for copy checking and test checking...and they have to perform duty from 6:30 to almost 3:00 O' clck ...After that palning for next day (mentally work)....then they don't have capacity to do exercise or another physical activity.....so plzzzzz plzzzzzzzzzz share diet paln for tchrz

Meri to halat bohat kharab ho jati hai sugar low ho jaati hai chakkar atay hn headache hota hai exercise krne ki himmat nhi bilkul energy nhi hai 2,2 mint bad bhook lgti hai dieting krne se aj meri sugar bohat low ho gai thi fatafat 2 dates khai,bohat bimar hon main har time back aur legs mein pain hota hai daily 4 pain killers khati hn late night cravings hoti hn junk food aur chawal nahi choray jatay
