He was a Lieutenant, not a Sergeant... In the military a Sergeant is the Enlisted rank of E5. The rank of Lieutenant out ranks all enlisted personnel. Danny Devito should be fired and the officer demoted or their progression held back. Devito was unhinged and Lt. clearly is ignorant to the most basic Constitutional Rights (i.e. this is the most basic knowledge of an Officer, doesn't even know the 4th amendment or the Rights he swore to uphold.

The latest update I'm aware of is in a video titled "Notice Of Intent To Sue-Waveland & Ocean Springs" about this and another very similar interaction Jeff Gray had in Mississippi, in which it's mentioned that the officer from the *other* case was fired or resigned.

she is a good example of what happens when female cops try to keep up with the boy's club that is the police force. i work in a building where police cadets are trained in the summer time and man what i usually see is most women drop out leaving tough ones that either truly care about people or they are the most corrupt ones. as for the boys, and i do mean boys, they are the most immature disgusting group of dudes who dont have the guts to stand up to each other. i see it every time where the toxic dudes in the group dont get called out. police unity indoctrination starts so early (mostly because they are straight out of high school and haven't grown up) so locker room talk about violating rights and hating training on de-escalation or emotional intelligence is rampant. worse off the cops teaching never say a thing. the police training system is holistically messed up and i get to literally watch it happen every summer. at this point im tempted to print out QR codes to put on the classroom doors that redirect to youtube pages like this so they can see how much we hate this behavior.

I love you guys and what you are doing, "BUT" while reading the first amendment to the constitution and memorizing it and acting it out and making it public is great. BUT continue reading and when you get to the 5th amendment Your mind is not letting it sink in like you do the first. You have a right to remain silent, not only when you are charged with a crime but explaining the situation to the lieutenant and later both of you talking to you lawyer while filling a suit. act professional while preforming the 1st and 5th amendment. I am not trying to berate you, but it looks so much more professional to the viewers. And what can be proved from this video alone is that this officer hates the people he’s supposedly sworn to protect. And that this Sargent doesn’t seem to understand the 1st or 4th amendments.
