It is terribly unfortunate that there are many innocent people in prison for crimes they did not commit... ...But Scott Peterson is NOT one of them. The evidence goes beyond a shadow of a doubt, let alone any reasonable doubt. S.P, and others, like Chauvin, etc, deserve their punishment. (Their LEGAL punishment, that is- even convicted murderers have human rights- and, L.L.- I salute you for fighting for the rights of convicts, guilty or not- Your work shining your light on the very dark side of the current (un)American criminal 'justice' system is some very good and important work!) If you followed the case back then, you'd remember it was ALL circumstantial evidence. It doesn't matter what YOU think people should do with their day, the hard evidence (fact based not emotionally based) didn't hold a lot of water. The media were whores and no cameras were allowed in court. Not to mention there were leads that were not followed up on. I'm not saying he didn't do it, but I think think things may have played out differently if tried today.

The police shared his alibi with the media when it was still a missing person case. It could have been a how-to guide for framing the sh*tty husband if she had in fact been kidnapped. To me, that's reasonable doubt, I think he's a murderer, but I can't unsee the other possibility.

This isn't new evidence or information, they have been trying to push this for 20 years. The burglary happened on the 26th, two days after Laci went missing. The two burglars even had an alibi for this when they were accused of the kidnap/murder: they accurately described the scene of the 26th, when there were a couple of news vans (covering Laci's disappearance) parked on the street. They were able to correctly describe wheat the vans looked like, where they were parked, who was in them, etc.

The LA Innocence Project is different from The Innocent Project. They purporsely did this. Scott calling Amber and flirting with her while she is “missing”, selling her car before she even was found, buying porn from his tv all while she is “missing”. His interview with Diane Sawyer was the final straw. He kept referring to Laci in past tense. Yes we can all grieve differently but this was a man who knew his wife wasn’t coming back.

Larry, I'm sorry for commenting on this video when it's not related, but it's really the only way you'd notice. Lester from GTA 5 is a wicked genius. Just because he didn't like some guy and wanted to invest, he literally made a dude's head explode on live TV. He was able to track Michael while he was hiding under FIB help, he can hack people easily and manipulate them. Lester can tap into police and government systems to make heat disappear. You can't even rob him since his money is practically non-existent to anyone but himself. He literally tricked an AI and destroyed it, preventing the end of the world. He hacked into the FIB and CIA, and he offed 8 really important people just to make sure his investments went through. He's psychotic and a genius, able to predict things. All this, and you don't give him credit, y'know? 😂

I believe he committed the crime, but I also believe that the police investigation was so botched that literally anyone could have some level of reasonable doubt. The police shared his alibi with the media when it was still a missing person case. It could have been a how-to guide for framing him if she had in fact been kidnapped. The only thing he is guilty of beyond a reasonable doubt is being a bad husband. I couldn't have voted to convict.
