Debbie is one of the few who actually gets it(covert narcissim). We the victims are invisible to everybody bec the abuse was done in private 1 on 1 situations. Almost done with the book. Will be finishing it tonight.

Thank you. We treat others the way we treat ourselves. Lovers love; haters hate.

What I get from this is you can’t give what you don’t have… and when you plant and cultivate what you need, be wise in how you dispense or share the fruit of your efforts… thx again for you devotion to help free us from our CN’s!!!!

Thank you Debbie as always you are an inspiration to me!!! On the 28th I am a year out of my 5 year relationship with a CN, your books and videos helped me so much on my road from broken to healing, loving myself and self care.

Self-love is the best, everyone else comes a close second! Yes we are raised this way, it's vital to 'their survival', not our own.

Thanks Deb, they're addicted to 'drama' as a way to.......(add to their f-umptness), there's no convincing them 'calm rocks and is 😎'.

Hello! Thank you! I really appreciate that! I've just gone through a big move and have been dealing with some health issues. I will be doing many more videos in the future, but needing a lot of self-care at the moment. Thank you again! xx

Thank you Debbie. When religious dogma was born the God Self was evicted: divinity within, went without.🕯️🦋🕯️

I wasn't sure if this is okay for me to ask this question when you said in one of your videos that you arent a christian anymore and you were raised in a missionary home. Reason why I am asking is I am a christian wasn't raised in a missionary home but I became a christian when I was19. I was wondering if people fall from their faith because they were terribly hurt by the church. IF you dont feel comfortable answering how can you answer me privately. Thank you Debbie

Narcissists don’t love their TRUE self, only the “labels” they have accepted to be tied to their ego, it can even be the label of “I am good, I’m a martyr “, as long as that is WHAT THE WORLD OUTSIDE sees about them. They have a dark side they don’t want to know about their self. They are actually suffering inside and I can only feel compassionate about that. It’s difficult to make them understand to actually LOVE themselves as a whole being and to find the value within themselves instead of outside of themselves. Because of the fact that they need outside validation, it also makes them easy to manipulate or control. Our narcissistic society is based upon “needy creatures”. The ones who are in highly successful positions are also people who have a lot of secrets and portrait a face of themselves for the public...and another face privately. This way...the ones who know their secrets...can manipulate them...that’s how they are controlled. They don’t want people to find out how they really are, what goes on behind that “caring” or “successful” face.

unfortunately, a number of people who share traits with the narcissist, are likely using this video to validate their self delusion and continue justifying their disintegrating integrity, and the hurt they cause those closest to them. big hugs though. great video 💙
