Like most people, I'm working from home right now due to the pandemic - and glad to be able to do so. Having said that, since I'm at home, I have been wanting and needing a mid-day break preferably involving yoga. So, I'm delighted that this new flow by Cat exists. Cat, your videos sound better when you do voice overs rather than an "in-flow" mic - fyi.

Just discovered you a couple weeks ago, Cat, and you are making me love yoga! I’ve dabbled in it over the years, but mainly do hardcore stuff (kettlebell, plyometrics, etc.), but with the extra time in quarantine, I’ve been adding shorter segments to my regular workouts. Just loving trying out all of your flows, and your accent is just wonderful! (I’m in Pittsburgh, PA, where people aren’t really known for great diction). Thank you!
