Here's my 2500 calorie diet 2 glass milk 350 calories 10 roti with ghee 1200 calories 2 cup sabzi 150 calories 100 gm peanuts 560 calories 2 potato 220 calories. Isme carbs and fat hote hai but protein ke liye soya chunks alag se add kar leta hu❤️

8 whole egg is quite ok, but what about 100 grams of Soya chunk? This would increase the oestrogen level affecting the testosterone level at the same time.
