This 20-minute indoor walking workout will help improve your cardiovascular health by getting your heart rate up with exercises that work your entire body including your legs, glutes, core, and upper body. Perfect for seniors and beginner exercisers. It’s about 2000 steps.
Marching or walking in place is the foundation for this workout. These exercises will also work on your balance and coordination, which is important to prevent falls, the leading cause of fatal and non-fatal injuries among seniors.

3/29/24: I adapted the first round to moving forward and backward so that I don’t get dizzy with the turns. That worked out well. I like this routine. Thanks April and Aiko!

I'm adding my comment on my husband's feed :) I have been working out with you and your mom for a year. I'm 72 and we just returned from a 7 day trip to the Grand Canyon and 3 other locations. Because of your training and guidance and consistently following the workouts, I was able to hike a 100 foot high rocky trail to view ancient petroglyphs, hike over 30 miles and, as a surprise, loose 6 pounds. I honestly could not have done this before I started working out with you guys. THANK YOU APRIL and MOM. You really changed my life.

G.m to both of u, it was great working out with u.i used to work out standing up but my knee not cooperation wuth me so i sit down. And it was great doing it, it may look like im treating but no my knee is, given a hard time standing up on moving, so i sit down. Thank you...just did this video as I am graduating to 20 minutes..really like the idea of the timer in the right hand corner but may I suggest adding cool down exercises as an ending to this video. Now go treat yourself to some hotdogs.....👟👟❤

I had moved on to the 15 min videos 2 days ago to continue to ramp up post-Covid, but I felt like I could do 20 minutes - and I did! I think I am improving more quickly because I had been doing your videos for 6 weeks prior to Covid and was up to 45-60 min videos. I credit you both (and M😻CHI) with helping me to establish a healthy routine. Thank you ❤️

I'm following your *1 Week Strength Training Plan - Intermediate* this week and used this workout for the follow-up cardio after some Upper Body work for *Day 2* . I don't think I'd ever tried this one before, and it's so much fun to keep discovering "new" workouts in your playlists! Since today was an Upper Body strength day, I tried this one with 2-pound dumbbells all the way through. After doing a 10-minute dumbbell workout with 5-pound weights, the 2-pounders felt like nothing at first, but about halfway through, I definitely started feeling them -- especially on the in-out exercise. I was still able to continue using them comfortably for the duration of the workout except the finisher, which I did at a fast jog. I added several extra cooldown stretches at the end. I think I've found yet another favorite among your workouts! 😀

April, you are amazing. Love how varied your walks are. Here in Northern B.C. we are encouraged to stay in our very small family “bubble” . You may not have guessed this, but you and your mom are in my bubble. 🤗🥰. I see more of you than I do of my children and grandchildren. thank you to you both for your workouts after nearly year of shielding and 3 lockdowns in England and 6 rounds of chemo and major operation 3 months ago I am exercising and building up my strength for when I am able to get out to walk had covid injection and spring is around the corner thanks for motivating me .

Right after dinner at 9 pm , I workout watching your video and I lose1/2 the calories ! I think (: so tonight I workout for 45 minutes and I feel tired but it is ok ! I sleep good at night ! Thank you ladies.
