I am a Tamilian couldn't understand fully! I think you did a very good research and study before doing this video. It is true there are many versions of talk about who killed Aditha Kaikalan in TN even though there is a solid evidence of stone inscription found in TN temple.(Udaiyarkudi inscription) These controversies are created by the Dravidian people (specifically Tamil speaking Telugu cam to TN during Vijaya Nagara rule) in TN who do not like or want to deface Raja Raja Chola and Chola dynasty's achievement etc. As you mentioned Archeologist and Tamil inscription reader, historian Kudavoyil Balasubramanian who wrote many books about Tamil history - particularly about Tanjore Cholas says per inscription that Pandiyas' collaborative of Chera origin Soman, Ravidas and Parameshwaran. As soon as Raja Raja Chola became a King - his first order was to find and punish his brother's murderers. Also His first invasion was and destroyed the martial arts school at Kandhaloor where these three murderers were trained! Thanks for your reliable unbiased video that may bring more audience to your channel for true and reliable stories like this! One of the first reason for Kalki to write this story "Ponniyin Selvan" was the a rare quality of Raja Raja Chola gave up his rights to became King to his (Siththappa) uncle Uthama Chola to rule Chola Empire! I am Tamil as well, but don't confuse your current political agenda with history. There was no evidence that Vijaya nagara rulers wanted to deface Chola's achievement. In fact many temples rebuilt by the Vijaya Nagar/Nayaks in TN, that were destroyed by Malik Kafur invasion (Delhi Sultanate). There are many inscriptions that state Vijaya Nagar rulers reinstated temple traditions and customs of Chola's period; one example is on the pillar inscription of Kanchipuram Kailasanathar Temple where Kumara Kampana reinstated temple customs and reissued the land belonged to the temple that was gifted during Rajendra Chola period. Also, FYI Cholas and Eastern Chalukyas (Vengi, Rajamundry) were matrilineally related. Raja Raja's daughter was married to Eastern Chalukya king Vimaladitya. Kulothunga Chola was also known as Rajendra Chalukya was born to Chalukya king Rajaraja Narendra and Ammangaidevi (daughter of Rajendra Chola). The Vijayanagar architecture fused various elements of the Chalukya and Chola art and produced many monumental temples. The entrance Rajagopurams we see in many temples in TN were built by Vijayanagar rulers.

Uthama cholan becomes king and rules for 15 years after the death of Aditya Karikalan. When the Chola family find the three culprits Ravidasan, soman, Parameswaran who killed Aditya Karikalan they could not hang or punish them as they were brahmins and according to Manu Shastra when brahmins commits sins they cannot be punished, therefore they were chased out the chola land and pandya land which they were ruling. These three goes to Chera land and settles down around Thiruvanathapuram and they start planning for the destruction of Cholas from Kathalur Salai with the Brahmins there. When Ponniyin Selvan becomes king after 15 years, he goes to battle with Kanthalur Salai in Thiruvananthapuram and gives warning as they were using the education center for weapon training and the second time he destroys it completely. Raja Raja cholan became king in 985, Kanthalur salai destroyed in 988. This is the history told to us. Most of Tamil writers and archeological people are brahmins in Tamil Nadu like Neelakanda Shastri, they hide and twist many things. We have to be open about read both the sides and see which makes more logical sense.

Ravidasan, soman, Parameswaran names are in the inscription of Udayargudi Kattumannarkoil. Brahmins used the 100% reservation for thousand years. The funds provided by British was completely used by Sanskrit schools and Urdu schools. Later British started the education system for all, and the backward communities got the reservation. Tamil Nadu did not cheat Brahmins in the name of reservation, it got the rightful reservation for backward communities who were oppressed and suppressed. Without reservation itself Brahmins are in 80% of high position and ruling the entire country, If there is no reservation then they would have occupied 99%.

Uthama cholan becomes king and rules for 15 years after the death of Aditya Karikalan. When the Chola family found the three culprits Ravidasan, soman, Parameswaran who killed Aditya Karikalan they could not hang or punish them as they were brahmins and according to Manu Shastra when brahmins commits sins they cannot be punished, therefore they were chased out the chola land and pandya land which they were ruling. These three goes to Chera land and settles down around Thiruvanathapuram and later they start planning for the destruction of Cholas from Kathalur Salai with the other Brahmins there. When Ponniyin Selvan becomes king after 15 years, with couple of years he goes in battle with Kathalur Salai in Thiruvananthapuram and destroys it completely. Raja Raja cholan became king in 985, Kanthalur salai destroyed in 988. This is the history told to us. Most of Tamil writers and archeological people are brahmins in Tamil Nadu like Neelakanda Shastri, they hide and twist many things. We have to be open about read both the sides and see which makes more logical sense.

@@varun7007 Ravidasan, Soman and parameswaran were from Pandya kingdom and they came to Chola land to take revenge of Veerapandian killing. It is told that Athiya karikalan chopped his head off and took it on the streets and then planted it in front of the palace. Veerapandiyan lost in the battle and ran away, Athithya karikalan chased him and cut his head off but these three killed Karikalan by playing some tricks inside the place.
