Greetings from Bali! Today's class is Level II-sh - with the challenge of the Bali Special: Fallen Triangle and Wild Thing! And as luck would have it, technological difficulties happened, so there is no cool-down and no Svasana, so just enough to be the Entree and wet your appetite for more! ;)
Please take care in practicing, and be sure to take some gentle stretches and a nice Svasana when finished!
