My loves, PLEASE tell me if ads every pop up DURING the video. I always put the settings on so that you don't get ads mid-video, but sometimes KZbin seems to go and change that! So please please please always let me know so I can change that ASAP! Thank you!!

This is fascinating and incredibly advanced yoga to nerve floss. I would love to see this as a series of videos to do from beginner to advance. Thoraic mobility is so important. These poses look fun. So hard to do getting my brain to thread the needle and stay in core to get to next and next all incredible core work. Im still learning a lot and hope to keep studying these videos.

Thank you so much for this flow! I have scoliosis, rounded shoulders, and "banana back" so alway so appreciative of your unconventional mobility flows. I'm a yoga teacher as well, and am so inspired by your knowledge and focus on anatomy.

I just did this class. It kicked my butt. But I feel the space created in my body. I have thoracic tightness (severely) imbalanced alignment in my hips. I've done a hip flexor class with u. These are awesome. Thank you for putting this content out here. 💙🙏🏽🥰

Just did half so far & I fell over with thread the needle. Having crappy balance & proprioception (along with limited eyesight), this is quite a difficult progression for me. Challenge accepted! Thanks Adel

Haha I get it! That's the benefit of coming back to it though :-) It becomes like a dance and you can really feel your own way into it once you know the "choreography" so to speak

I loved this so much! I've been trying to search for KZbin vid like yours that breaks down the topics in this vid! 🙌 The part at 1:15 is super knowledgable. Your video is similar to the videos of Doctor Ethan. Doctor Ethan's videos are really educational and I actually learned a lot for my wellness.
