Wow!!! Thanks, Adell! These movements and transitions felt very new in my body - this was an adventure! It was easy to get lost in it! (I mean that in the way I think we all love).

The time literally flew by bc I was having so much fun in this creative/funky flow. I love how you just get right into it, instead of taking 10 mins to stretch in the beginning. Didn't realize those 40+ mins were all done. Thanks for such a fun flow, since I get so bored of the same standard vinyasa sequences. Please keep more coming, if possible I would love to do a 60 min flow!!

I love your work, Adell! I dont do yoga often but I always come to your flows! They are approachable but also have challenging elements and opportunities to try harder positions mixed in. I wish my hamstrings and lats could get me there hahah.

HOLY MOLY Adell your channel is *full* of gems! I had a lot of fun with all the unexpected arm balances! Next time I’ll be sure to warm up my wrists, maybe start with a child’s pose(I did this class pretty early in my morning so my body wasn’t feeling as loosened up as it might later in the day) but other than that, what a perfect and unique class 🤩👏🏻

wow,I had so much fun...yes,kept loosing my balance,but maneged to execute every posture...I smiled all the way trough and was so happy and grateful that I can follow your class...So I can humbly follow your footsteps in being an amazing yoga teacher like u...keep inspiring..Namaste...

I loved this class Adell!! At first the transitions were confusing but I’m happy I kept with it because the repetitions helped and made them more intuitive and fun! I could feel myself getting closer to vismamitrasana if I did this like everyday lol! Thanks girl
