Amazing my body feels very relax. I hope wendy comes back someday for more pilates / yoga. She did a very different style with it that i like. I love the standing half moon move and good stretch at the end too 🙂

I loved this! I hope you feature more yoga in the future. I have an old arm injury that is aggravated by high planks and down dog - the inclusion of some alternate poses that put less pressure on the forearm would be helpful. I often do low plank as an alternative.

Johanna it would be amazing to have some videos for pregnants and post-partum😁 I think I can do the exercises of your programs/challenges some weeks after pregnancy ☺️ but this one seems a soft one to do maybe 5 weeks after giving birth 😍
