Hey Yang li. I hope your doing great. Just wanted to knkw if these exercises helped you to recover fully. What was your spectacle number before and were you able to get rid of your spectacles? How many months did it take? How many times a day did you practice?

It works IAM doing from 2 weeks but recently I have some improvement and every day when I see phone headache it's so much pain

Currently I wear spectacles of -1.25(both eyes). I will start doing this and update you guys if it's working for me!

@Balaji V Dear Balaji, Ya it does take a bit of commitment, but you do get to see the results. I would like to share my experience on what I followed. Actually my spectacles number was - 2.25 around a year ago. I started doing a yoga kriya called Shambhavi Mahamudra, (search for Isha Yoga Shambhavi). After doing this for few months my eyesight improved and the number reduced to - 1.5. PLEASE NOTE : I have been wearing spectacles since I was in 2nd standard. Right now my age is 33. Along with this kriya I also followed acupressure for eyes as explained by Dr. Devendra Vora(Health in your hands. This book is AWESOME! After buying this book I have not spent a single rupee on a doctor. I can swear by the content of this book. But it takes a bit of open mindedness to benefit from this book, because the simplicity sounds too good to be true as we humans believe that all good things come only with a lot of hard work and that is NOT the case(At least not always). And finally research for Bates method. The exercises mentioned in this video resemble bates method. I hope this helps. @Balaji V Can you please tell me how you manage from -2.25 to -1.5? Yoga may help but how you decreased the number? Because it's difficult to work / read the blackboard without glasses. You gradually reduced number or directly changed the glass ? Can you please elaborate.

@@poojadp9833 Hi. According to baba ramdev anulom vilom pranayam is very helpful in improving eyesight. I was practising a kriya called Shambhavi Mahamudra taught by Isha Yoga(This practise includes anulom vilom) . I practised it for 2 or 3 months and felt that I was kind of getting uncomfortable while wearing spectacles. I got eyesight checked and found they the number had come down to - 1.5. Since then I reduced my usage of spectacles and limited it to meetings where in it was difficult to do without spectacles. So to conclude I did the following things in conjunction. 1. Shambhavi kriya. 2. Drank green juices / raw juices in the morning (carrots, leafy vegetables etc.). Also sugarcane juice which is very good for liver. 3. Did acupressure for eye points mentioned in the book 'Health in your hands'. It is found that unhealthy liver and too much heat in the body are instrumental in weakening the eyesight. 4. Reduced the use of spectacles. I totally avoid wearing them when I work on computer as I have myopia(near sightedness) and I've realized that spectacles are not required for up close work like working on pc or while reading a book. That's all. I have not been practising it regularly, still my eyesight improved by another 0.25 dioptre. So yeah, I can say that it works. For anymore info you can whatsapp me on +917972570793

U plz don't do any exercises , bcoz it will not good for your eyes , you needed a laser surgery as soon as possible.

Avoid using mobile with high brightness use mobile less..avoid computer as much as u can..Put water in mouth after getting up on morning and put water in eyes keeping water in mouth..press middle point of index and middle finger of both hands two minutes to improve eye sight..do prayanam and anulom vilom ..Good luck ..don't avoid using speaks..If u wish u can go for surgery . These all will help your eyes good luck God bless have a beautiful life.

small numbers like 0.5 can be cured in one month... but number like -4.5 will take some time and a LOT of patience and LOT AND LOTS of commitment. can take up to 5-6 months.

@@namenarayanawasthi9670 Do these exercises for 10 months and you should see improvement...... don't watch mobile/tv/laptop or any screen for even one minute and if you work with computers follow 20-20-20 rule and limit your screen time take breaks every 45 minutes walk around the house.... and if possible in the early morning do surya namaskar.... eat healthy like carrots, orange, amla , banana, mango these all are good for eyes... do.3 times a day

Last month, I began utilizing vision improvement method “buzu unique only” (Google it) and I have recognized the difference in my vision. There`s no finding out yet whether my vision can be corrected completely, but there`s been huge positive changes lately. It only took a few days before the product started to create effects on vision improvement.

There are other exercises in Hatha Yoga. like shoulder stand or head stand. Purpose of these exercises is to increase blood flow toward brain, face, eyes, try exercising in morning, fix your daily routine wake early n sleep on time. fix all this and your eye sight will get better with time. simple to do right? :)
