I have been doing yoga for more than 5 years. I am with Sri Pathanjali yoga shikshana Samithi, regd office being at Tumakuru, karnataka. your simple way of explanation along with movement of body is simply excellent. I like it and most likely I will teach them to my grand daughter's also.👌😇

Very beautifully explained... I'm a mother of 8th month old and have a saggy tummy.. I love yoga and have been practicing since 10yrs now.. so was looking for some intense yoga workout for tummy.. thanks so much for this! 😘

Everyday I am doing this workout really it was wonderful... Last yoga pose is really make me free.... When I completed all the yoga poses it releives me... Tqqq u mam

Thank you so much for this amazing yoga routine ❤. It's very effective and helps in gaining strength. ❤And I lost 5kgs within 10days 🎉 ✨️Tips: beginners, stay consistent and do it slowly, and make sure you do it on a daily basis. Also follow a healthy diet plan and drink plenty of water❤

Hi Swati, well explained and seems much better than doing gym. Yet I am not able to do Surya Namaskar due to my waist size as warm up. Only could do6-7 Surya Namaskar. Having pain in lower back. Please suggest some yoga. Regards Jitendra

Can feel this in the ab muscles for sure. So for dog pose I can’t put my heel in the ground. I have can support in my toes

Hi, Can you please tell the minutes we have to perform low plank . As u said doing 20 planks is difficult without knowing how many minutes we have to hold the position.
