I have been doing yoga for more than 5 years. I am with Sri Pathanjali yoga shikshana Samithi, regd office being at Tumakuru, karnataka. your simple way of explanation along with movement of body is simply excellent. I like it and most likely I will teach them to my grand daughter's also.👌😇

Hi Swati, well explained and seems much better than doing gym. Yet I am not able to do Surya Namaskar due to my waist size as warm up. Only could do6-7 Surya Namaskar. Having pain in lower back. Please suggest some yoga. Regards Jitendra
