Welcome to your 25 minute fluid vinyasa yoga flow! This practice is designed for strong beginners with an understanding of yoga - intermediate practitioners. Variations and getting you into each pose safely is a priority. This yoga sequence is great for those who are looking to explore new postures and transitions. With a goal to help you find new possibilities in your yoga practice and enjoy a fluid style of flow from one posture to the next. We will cover postures, stretches and active stretches that will awaken and relieve stress from the entire body.
During this practice, you will experience fun transitions and different variations of poses that you may not have tried before. The playful and creative approach will challenge your body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized.
