I have had horrible sciatica pain for days- 3 dr. visits with 3 shots, pain meds, muscle relaxers. This video is a blessing .You know we all love your voice, calm encouragement, and clear often repeated directions. This did me more good than anything . Thank you very much Jen, I have struggled in the past to rid myself of backpain, I literally was not able to sit comfortably for more than 30 minutes without a stinging pain in my lower back. I've been having sever lower back/sciatica pain for awhile. I've been using the medication prescribed but it only made me sleepy - I always woke up in so much pain! Anyway out of desperation I searched for "stretching techniques" and yoga was recommended for my pain. Anyway, I did this last night and wasn't sure it worked because I was still uncomfortable - woke up this morning and I can't believe the difference! I feel amazing. Still not 100% but definitely much better (and not in the severe throbbing pain anymore) thank you!!
