A glorious yoga quickie for the quads, the hip flexors, the hamstrings and the low back!
Goodbye back pain is also a good name for this one, at least for me personally. Add this quick session to a longer practice, or drop in for a little connection while increasing your range of motion and decreasing risk for injury. I love this little sequence, I hope you do too!

So happy to see so many people here that did the 30 day yoga journey. Starting that challenge years ago taught me that it is a lot easy to create a regular yoga practice than I thought. Day 59 ❤ just spent the last 16 hours driving from the very south of Spain to the very north of Spain to catch a ferry all on my own with no other driver to share the drive with. My legs really needed this one ❤❤❤❤

I’ve been practicing for a few years, and my 2024 resolution is to go back to the basics. I found the intention was enough because I quickly lost the groove I’d been in. I’m so entrenched in my practice and at the moment, it’s a real struggle. Thanks for meeting me where I am this morning!

I am finally back, hope to get back on track by the end of this month. I returned from my Family reunion 3 months away in Australia, missed my routine yoga, just to busy enjoying quality time with my 9 siblings and their families. Fell ill on my return, on the mend, will persevere and attain my goal, rebuild on stamina and flexibility, it is going to be tricky but after 3 years being your follower, I believe and know you will get me there. Yep !! I’ve just done “ flow” for January and now “center” for February. Turned to this little practice today as my quads and hamstrings are sooo tight. Plus I’m feeling a little meh 🫤 and my yoga mat is the first thing I think of when I need a mental lift as well as a physical one. So comforting to know how I’m not the only one. Keep going guys ! 😊

It’s crazy. I was looking at the view counts on your “flow 30 days of yoga“ session. It currently sits at 1.8 million views on day one. Day 30?… three hundred thousand. Most people it would seem give up at about ten days in. Those 300k though. They are legends!! I’m on day 395 straight of yoga. It’s life now thanks to you. Cheers.

I love the videos and they’ve helped me and my wife feel better and get more active! We tell everyone about you in hopes they will do some yoga too! Because we do that, we have recently run into a couple ladies that also follow you! The wife and I were in Epcot in Disney world at the end of January and struck up a conversation with these two women. The conversation eventually turned to maximizing our time in the parks, and we told them we did Yoga with Adriene, and they let us know they did as well! It was cool to meet people who also follow you!
