Which is obviously way better to spend time on than to actually study - magical affirmations really do work. I did the same when taking my driver's license. No studying, just affirmations, I didn't even take the test.

@@balluse 10 minutes of studying at the last minute won't help anything.. 10 minutes of calm before your test after you have studied, however, will make a big difference. idk why you felt you had to make such a comment

@@laurenbi It will surely make a difference. Last minute reminders of important notes can cram extra knowledge into your short term memory, and then you can blurt it out on a paper first thing you do when sitting down. I've never heard a straight A student tell you to just sit and chill before the test. I made the comment because affirmations don't work as they're advertised. Affirmations and the positive mindset craze has been scrutinized as of late, since researchers have found evidence actually suggesting that they can be harmful. So, yeah. Pretty good reason to make fun of it, if you ask me.

This morning I was wobbly and uncoordinated, but I did it!❤ I’m struggling with feeling blue this month but knowing I’m getting out of bed and going to my yoga mat really helped me get out of bed. I’m so grateful for that support. It’s okay to not be okay ❤

I'm on day 5 but every day in going back & doing this one after. It's so relaxing. I was on the verge out a panic attack when I started today & my anxiety has calmed quite a bit. Starting yoga has been a life saver for my chronic anxiety, thank you for the lessons!!

You can use a book or two, and the added weight of the book is a little exercise bonus! When starting yoga, most people somehow end up with the original purple or blue mat and-- you guessed it-- 2 yoga blocks. I think they come with most yoga videos. I hope you don't let this deter you from the practice of yoga!

This came sooooo timely! I woke up with a strained neck and shoulder and I had expected for this to take days to recover but this stretch reversed the pain by at least 80%! I'll do this again in the evening. THANK YOU! ❤

I actually got “called out “ in a yoga class for “cheating” when I used support in hero. Glad to know it’s not “cheating” but it sticks in my mind now every time I do the pose!!

I really enjoy your yoga classes, especially these 10 min one. They fit perfectly right into my morning. The only problem I have with this one, is we do not have the answers within us. #goodmorning once again! These 10 minute routines are really getting me more comfortable to try harder poses with the confidence of "it's gonna be okay we won't have to hold this for very long" haha. Gosh i really need to get blocks- i miss how good laying on them feels from when I use to go to yoga classes- so jealous i couldn't join in the supported fish pose!!

These are amazing. I’ve been doing your 10 min stretches for a couple of years now, but decided to take up this challenge. Some days are a tiny bit rougher than others. But I love it. Nothing I can’t do. Definitely not as flexible and graceful as you though. #GoodMorning

I have this class and the evening yoga equivalent bookmarked for those stiff/sore neck days. They really work for me and help me to avoid taking ibuprofen like I used to do. TYSM!!!

Yo! I've been dealing with neck and shoulder stiffness all week because I sat the wrong way doing computer work for hours on my couch. First of all, it's amazing that this was the particular class next on my schedule (I've done the MYM challenge several times. Now, I mix it in with other items on my workout schedule, so I don't do it daily anymore, but I still keep track of the days and go in order). And secondly, it's AMAZING how it really worked--I instantly feel so much better! This is not the first time that exactly the right class has come at exactly the right time. Thank you, Kassandra!

I was having trouble with some of this positions and it made me 😢😭cry! I felt so inadequate and unsure of myself! I often feel this way when practicing yoga!I've been practicing on my own for about 3 years with only having taken maybe 3 yoga classes (due to the plandemic). And I am still in the beginners stage! Is this normal for Yoga! Ijs

#Goodmorning. It's day 4 and I think I've commented on all of the days before this. I just want you to know this is awesome! You do an amazing job. I'm very flexible so I have to go further than others especially with shoulders and hips. I really felt the "strain" I guess you can say...in the quad stretch when in the low lunge, but now I know I need to continue to stretch my quads in different ways to help the flexibility and not feel the "strain" I cant wait til tmw morning for Day 5!! Tysm

#MorningYoga Thanks so much! I love invitation to listen to the affirmations after the Evening Yoga. Feeling choice. When I hear "You are not done yet!" after the Morning Yoga, I'm wanting to hear that Evening tone of invitation and choice. I d like to sense that if I don't do the affirmations, I can still feel completeness from the nurturing Morning Yoga practice. In the evening you say "I'd LOVE you to take just 5 more minutes and listen to these positive affirmations" (or something gentle & encouraging like that). Again, gratitude for your effort to bring us this supportive series! I"m with ya.

Still my go-to yoga practice whenever I wake up with any neck and shoulder tension. Sometimes, like today 😉, I even knew this was what I would do the night before. And I was right, I feel so much better now. Plus the movements of this practice will somehow remind me of keeping a good posture all through the day, they seem to resonate with me even on a deeper level. So thank you 😊.

Another great practice. Very helpful especially in a day like today. I was feeling so stressed and like I had a ball of nerves inside me. 10 min on, and here I was, relaxed at last, with the exact affirmation I needed today. Thank you 🙏🏼

Thank you for this. I hurt my shoulder yesterday, didn’t get a wink of sleep and felt completely stuck this morning. I’m still sore but I have my range of motion back.

Kassandra this was awesome - as always! I just just had a massage yesterday and the therapist told me I was holding so much stress in my neck and shoulders and upper back because of the work I do so this practice this morning was absolutely perfect❤
