This felt like it was only 5 minutes! So relaxing. I really loved breathing out till the count of 8. Sometimes in meditation we do the count of six, bit id never done 8 before. It felt much more relaxing. Thank you for helping my practice. Namaste!

When I started doing yoga with you, I thought I would never have patience for this, balancing work and life, has never been more challenging, now during the pandemic. After two weeks I feel much calmer and feel that I can do it for longer and longer. Thank you so much for sharing your practice with us! Also could you do a 10 - 15 minute class for improving digestion, I know you have a 30 minutes one, but I often don’t have the time to do it in the morning. Thanks a lot in advance!

I've started to add your nighttime yoga for the last couple of weeks on top of your morning routines that I've been doing for several months now. All I can say is that it is so complimentary of the morning routine. It helps me unwind better especially now that as I grow older, my sleep pattern changes. This short turn down sequence makes it easier for me to sleep through the night. Thank you, Kassandra 😊

Among all bedtime yoga, this works best for me. It does not make me over stretching or scared to get injured. I feel safe following her sequence. Her voice us soothing also.

I really enjoy your sessions because they are super calming just like Yoga should be. Some of the other instructors on KZbin just talk constantly throughout the session and I find it distracting and just kills my vibe but you make it enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you!

I love your channel! It is part of a daily and nightly regimen. I do these evening yoga practices before bed to help me sleep. Please add more evening yoga it is super helpful before bedtime.

I have been super stressed out over the past 24 hours and I have noticed that it has really affected my breathing, making it fast and shallow. This yoga class was exactly what I needed to help me relax for a good night's rest, especially after a day going without my daily yoga practice. The extended exhale breathing practice at the end was difficult for me for the first 2-3 rounds but after that, I noticed how my breath naturally started to deepen and I began to return to my usual state of calm. Thank you!

This variation of fish pose is one I haven't come by in my yoga journey but I am o so happy this routine started off with it. After completing these evening stretches my anxiety simmered down, my chest didn't feel as tight, I felt I could breath more freely. All great things before bedtime. Thank you

Great class! I feel relaxed, calm, peaceful and ready for sleep. It helped to ease any anxiety, stress and feelings of not feeling grounded. The length was perfect. I have been wanting more 15 minute classes (you must have felt my vibration/desire!), sometimes 10 minutes is too short and sometimes i'm too tired to do a longer class. I love that we chant OM at the end! I feel more connected with myself and Source and it helps to calm, ground and close/solidify the practice. Thank you Kassandra for all the classes!
