I love that I type "Black Yogi Nico... Morning, or Night, or PMS, or Desk (for this one) and you have a practice for just about EVERYTHING I need. The track was SO groovy I found myself my shaking it when in warrior pose 😂. You truly are the YT Yoga Queen - thank you for being you!

i love this Yoga For People Who Sit Down All Day video! did this immediately after my 10 hour workday ended today, and so grateful to move some of that stiffness and tension out, thank you! also i taught group ex for 12 years and i LOVE when you say things like "what's it called? torso? whatever u know what i mean!" it's so authentic and genuine. and. great practice as always!

Came across your channel just recently thanks to your root chakra yoga video, and I love it! Thanks for presenting yoga in such an accessible, grounding, and care-ful way. Much appreciated how you explain the important aspects of the various postures and how you offer different options according to multiple levels of body flexibility. Yoga for people who sit down all day is perfect thats how i found it lol. I drive a truck all day and this was perfect. Now i just need a video called "yoga in small spaces for people who sit down all day." I couldn't quite do all these poses in the truck haha thank you!

On days I can't do longer sessions I always want to give my semi-stationary body a good stretch and this is the perfect routine for it. I'll definitely be repeating this one. I've been recommending your channel to all of my friends who enjoy at home yoga. Love your flows!

Hey Nico! This was amazing! I just started adding yoga to my daily routine because I am a tense person and want to be less tense and more flexible. I work from home and sit 8 hours Monday-Friday and now i just feel so relaxed after do yoga with you! This is my second time following your yoga routine. The first one was the emotional release and i have been doing that one on a regular now! So glad i found your channel! I am a beginner too!

Heyy Nico! I'm always consistent with yoga but for the past couple of weeks, I've been struggling with Piles that I can't exactly go all out the way I used to but, This video has really helped relieving the pile pains. Also it's a gentle reminder to my body to take things slow. Thank you. Namaste 🧡

This couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve had a migraine all day, so I made room to rest instead of being more productive. The reverse entry into the lying twist really helped open my shoulders, scorpion encouraged a release in my back, and lying pigeon opened my tight hips. Thank you for your calming, healing vibes!

You’re literally RIGHT on time!! I just started driving a lot recently and really need this type of flow. I’m currently doing your root chakra yoga flow every day for a few more days to make it 7days. Then I’ll reply to my comment on there but I REALLY appreciate you!
