Yoga for people who sit down all day is perfect thats how i found it lol. I drive a truck all day and this was perfect. Now i just need a video called "yoga in small spaces for people who sit down all day." I couldn't quite do all these poses in the truck haha thank you!

Hey Nico! This was amazing! I just started adding yoga to my daily routine because I am a tense person and want to be less tense and more flexible. I work from home and sit 8 hours Monday-Friday and now i just feel so relaxed after do yoga with you! This is my second time following your yoga routine. This couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve had a migraine all day, so I made room to rest instead of being more productive. The reverse entry into the lying twist really helped open my shoulders, scorpion encouraged a release in my back, and lying pigeon opened my tight hips. Thank you for your calming, healing vibes!

You’re literally RIGHT on time!! I just started driving a lot recently and really need this type of flow.
