I love her presentation. During this Covid19, I am enjoying doing her Qigong - mornings - Purge and Tonify; Afternoon - Seated Qigong Meditation and evening randomly pick one of her presentation. These praactices are helping me to keep in good health at my age of 61 years. My deepest gratitude and love Marissa for helping us all.

Yes me too for Covid anxiety! On days I forget to do qigong I really feel the difference. If I do this daily I am more grounded, centered, calm, way less anxious.

I was facing perimenopause symptoms for a year, and I decided to try this routine. After the first morning, I felt that the hot flashes were less intense that day. I did it again and since then my hot flashes and night sweat just subsided, like magic, in 2 days. Seriously, it was like magic! Step by step I could stop taking the supplements... Now, I've been doing it every morning with the swimming dragon. In the evening I chose the routine that I feel will fit better that day. Thanks, Marissa! Much love and appreciation!

That is fantastic ! I had the same experience from doing acupuncture. I cannot afford it anymore and I am trying this instead. It has been helping me too. I notice the difference when I do it every day. I sometimes skip days and I have NO IDEA why. When I know how much good it is doing. What am amazing and calm teacher is Marissa too

Thank you for sharing this. Going through this fase myself and was searching for a good qi gong practice to help reduce the symptoms. I hope it will also help with the moodswings and feelings of depression that sometimes arise.

Marisa I am so grateful to you for putting these videos on you tube. I feel like a new woman. I have experienced brain fog and poor memory since at least the age of 23. I am now 40. Within days of trying some of your qigong videos, my brain fog went away. I am able to concentrate better, my memory has vastly improved, I am more motivated. I get out of bed each day without dreading the work day ahead. I'm calmer. My anxiety has lessened. My head is so unbelievably clear. I fought off 3 viruses in December and January 2022 without any real symptoms and then I did sucummb to something but only for a few days. Qigong is amazing. I only wish I had started it years ago.

I believe it was MS that Donna Eden had and healed herself from, and lots of vegan/plant based studies showing you can use that to heal too. Best of luck❣️

This is a fantastic class. I felt so humbled and yet opened by the practice. When holding the ball of energy, I shed a few tears and I let out huge sounds during the hip movement exercises and during other parts of this class. Very very good. Thank you so much xxx

Best QiGong exercises videos ever I've bumped into! I love doing Qigong, it gives my body a great soothing, it calms me down and I feel lots of energy during a day. I was able to cure so many things in my life on so many levels "just" by doing Qigong with your videos as a guideline. I just discovered Qigong. I did some practices and I want to ask if anyone else felt nauseous in their beginning. I was assuming that I am very full of toxic things so this must be normal. I did feel good afterward for sure. Please let me know your input. Thank You!

I am pretty new to chigong and take classes locally when I can. As a detox health coach this practice does so much more then meets the eye, and it probably is a detox reaction, sip ginger tea before and after, be sure to hyrate with filtered water and don't do it on a full stomach. This is such a lovely video. I've been doing it about every other morning, and it seems to be helping me to ease the myofascia pains in parts of my body, so I start the day feeling less achy and more energized in such a calm, good way. Thank you!!

Hi Marrisa, love your chi gong routine, i have been doing them every morning since , getting some back aches and leg muscles strains , all in all , what i can say is , doing chi gong will work if i concentrate fully on the breathing , visual aspects of flowing chi thru out the body is not easy task , any lost concentration will break the flow of chi , so the newbies really need to know this.

So do you skip the visual part of it and just do the physical movement of the exercise if it’s too complicated to visualize while moving and breathing correctly? Will it still be effective then?

Visualization of chi flow as doing the movements is very important,as you can't see chi itself,but after a while you can feel some energy flowing through your body,arms and legs and that's real tai chi you want happening.its even better if you take off your shoes, barefoot stand on grass or dirt ground with trees around you,let the grounding energy flowing into your feet,earthing or grounding as its called.if you can find lay lines and vortex spots on the ground and stand there doing Tai chi connect to all the energy source of mother Earth,and lay lines runs are all connected through the whole Earth imagine the amount of energy available.

Do this for like 2 weeks or a month to clean the energy and then and circulating Qi add Kundalini yoga before You go to sleep. Your hands will always be warm and electronic devices sometimes just switch off when You pick them up or bulbs flicker when You pass by, and a lot of times when You touch someone You get electricity hit. True observation after doing this combination for 2 months daily. Plus Yoga and cold showers.

I can't help but feel more in tune and connected to things on a deeper, spiritual level. I also feel more perceptive when I'm interacting with people. Marisa, thank you for creating this program to integrate yoga and qigong into one practice. I have sciatica that runs down through my right leg and caused pain in my right knee and ankle. I've been looking for exercises to release this pain. This is my second day using yoqi movements to release the pain in my knee. After doing this practice, I feel lighter, warmer, and more relax. Hi Marisa! Love this one. Love all your videos. I’ve been doing the beginners now for several months, and recently added in the circulate Qi. I didn’t add on until I could “see” the energy ball. It just felt important for some reason. I think I’ve got the movements down enough so I can try this one tomorrow. You are such an amazing teacher! Thank you for your dedication to the work. I’m sharing the beginners with all my friends. We are mostly older gals in our sixties so it’s very important to us to exercise, but also important not to injure or re-injure ourselves. Only just discovered this, I have been working on my qi last couple of weeks for first time in years and by the end of this practice I was full of love and awe and my eyes were full of tears. Another great video, thanks Marisa. If I could make a small recommendation, I heard that it is best to do the Liver sound (Shhhh) with eyes open. The enery of the Liver is connected to the eyes. Keeping the eyes open while making the sound allows more stagnant energy to be expelled. I think it's only applicable to that one sound. Anyway, I love your videos Marisa, I would say you're one of the best new teachers out there. Your teaching the public at large and I appreciate your efforts. You represent Qigong very well in my opinion. Thank you teacher!!!

Hi Dave, Thanks for the recommendation. You are right about the liver connecting to the eyes, it is more effective to keep them open on qigong for the liver. I have a habit of closing my eyes when I do shaking! Next time I will be more conscious and even note it in the voice over:)

People do not realize how dangerous it is to our chi to have sex without absolute focus on love from each person. The ancients used to give instructions on how to have sex believe it or not. In Egypt it was closely monitored and this is why they show is in stone the physics of nature. People think they just made up gods and worshiped them. lol. The Chinese preserved this wisdom as well as other cultures but it is demonized by the modern church. You cannot control someone that controls their own chi. Simple. Peace

I took a class in Qigong back in July of 2017, fell in love with it and never looked back. Would never think of ever going thru a single day of life without it because it is indeed life giving. And even though I have a base routine that I enjoy very much I am always tweaking and adding things that I like and as KZbin of course has been INVALUABLE in this regard I just want to tell you that you are a indeed a fine teacher and I appreciate your work very much. I have always been able to see my aura since I was about 8, and after completing this video, my aura was a clean rainbow color!!! I have never seen it look anything other than shades of blue or purple... so I was very excited about this! I love your videos. I have been following them daily for a couple weeks now and I have been doing around 10-15 minutes of zhan zhuang a day for around 2 months now plus yoga for years. I have been feeling energy pockets pulsing around my body, especially one in my left hamstring and one in my left thumb between my index finger and thumb. I remember you mentioned that this is an energy spot in another one of your videos and I was like that makes sense! You can visually see the spots pulsing. I started doing Tai Chi recently and the teacher who also teaches qigong says that is a good sign. It is very bizarre but fascinating! Do you have any recommended readings for energy pathways, qigong, and/or traditional Chinese medicine? Thank you for the information, it is all very helpful.

You are my favorite qigong teacher. Towards the end I felt like there was a lot of blockages in my left pec (my heart). When you said "there's abundant energy all around you" I felt myself realizing that I hold a lot of tension there because I keep getting spiraled into this thought pattern of "there isn't enough for me. I am not enough. I must over extend myself to prove I deserve goodness and love. I must overextend myself to show my worth". And then like I felt myself burp out whatever was in my heart. Then I needed to cry. That was so cool

Loving the practices! A funny thing happens when finishing off with Bamboo in the wind: I seem to make funny movements involuntarily or sway rather erratically..wonder if that's trying to balance the qi??

Hello! Marissa. Just discovered your video. I have been meaning to practice Qicong but couldn’t find an instructor that explains the movements like you do. I followed this practice now and felt so relaxed and great after especially being seated infront of a desk and computer the whole day. Is it alright if I did this at night instead of daytime? Forming the Qi ball was totally awesome! I was suprised to feel the energy there. Can you please send me your videos for beginners like me? Would appreciate your help. Thanks and more power, ! 🙏

I do Yoga and this Purife QiGong ant mornings and Purify before going to bed. In sense it only clean and balance Your energy faster, so You can move to circulating and moving that energy. Im no expert, just from My own experience, if You feel good after the exercise then You did it well.

Some are instructional where the practitioner talks non-stop through the routine and there are others with minimal talking that focus on the flow of energy. It's up to you what appeals to you. My first time. I did toe topping first first 10 minutes. My headache went away then I follow you and I feel so relaxed. To tell you the truth at first I thought it wasn't gone do anything But to my surprise It did work. I could feel energy, my tension is gone. Thank you very much for introducing it to me. ❤

I love this video. Fractured my spine a couple of years ago and need to take it easy with these moves especially with the twisting of the spine but I believe they are gentle enough that, when taken slow, they will strengthen my back and improve my flexibility. Beginners: the back moves do sneak up on you! Take it easy and slowly

I'm so grateful for this videos! I have so much energy and feel better and better since i started doing them every day! Both phisicaly and mentaly!
