The “right” brokerage is different for every agent depending on their goals. Some agents recruit, some build a team and others sell. If you’re going to sell, join a brokerage with a good brand in your area, low cost (cap) and access to counsel when you have legal questions. Ultimately, the coaching and training brokerages provide is not what agents need in my opinion. There’s endless resources on my channel and many others.

Calling new expireds is a great way to hate your life, hate making calls, and want to leave the business permanently. Especially if you don't live in Florida, Texas or the Carolinas.
