Love it. No day is the same... Some days I reach 1.30 , min, other days I get to over 3 min. But the feeling can easily be the same.

I came to WHM through the Nestor book, because I’ve been interested in breath and its effect on every aspect of health, and I’ve never looked back. Whenever I find myself asking “am I doing it right?” I just imagine Wim saying, “just breathe, motherf****r,” and it puts me back where I need to be. I use his techniques, but in the end, we are our own best teacher.

It doesn’t happen every time for me. Sometimes it barely relaxes me. I’m hyperactive tho so i expect it. I just had a close call with a heart attack. I’m in the mountains really far from a real hospital. I took my meds. Breathed for an hour. The last time I finally went so deep it felt like the hand of god touched my foot and leg. Only way I can describe it. Thanks wim. Saved my life.

I use the KZbin guides it helps me not having to count as I breathe. Could you possibly develop a level 2, level 3 video with 40 breaths, 50 breaths? That way you could start with the standard guide video and if it's not getting you there, just step up a level. Love you Wim

I only do 1 full round of 33-53 deep breaths... my breath holds are usually a minimum of 6-8 minutes.. longest is 14min. 5 seconds...I focus on getting the oxygen in to my body... breathing...relaxation... and visualizing what I want my future to be like😊

Breathing and meditating are not meant to make you feel good or gain some sort of enlightenment. It's about being present in the moment. Sitting there and coming back to the present moment, when all the mind wants to do is run is meditation.

Good afternoon Wim, thank you for all your advice, I have a question when doing the three rounds of deep breathing. Please explain why we Exhale and hold your breath for one minute 30 and take a breath and hold for 15 seconds. What is the reason for that?
