I'm from Bassa in Logo state. We have this kind of moi moi called "AKURU". You don't peel the beans but you make it without oil and then eat with oil or with pepper sauce. I think I'm gonna try this moi moi(without peeling the beans) and I'm sure my family won't have any issues eating it.Good job.

But what kind of beans did you use which I can easily pick up from the store? Where I live, there are no African stores. Vitamix, Blendtec and if those are out of your price range Ninja's are decent. Though it can't compare to a Vitamix or Blendtec. I own both a Vitamix and a Ninja. But the Vitamix will outlast any blender on the market.

Awesome recipe. I enjoy every bit of the video.I have also been cooking my moinmoin this way when I new the good part which is the fiber is what we give to our goats 🐐. I don’t care about taste if it’s nutritious and healthy for the body. By the way I love the ramekins , where did you get them? I heard foil is not healthy to some extent especially when heated. Hi, you would not taste the beans shaft. Make sure you blend the beans until it has a smooth consistency. No one will be able to tell the difference except you tell them. Thanks.
