真的很高興邀請到陳太( 陳劉佩琪女士)77 歲樂齡人士,為我們分享一下她如何鍛鍊身體,做健身令到身體回復健康!亦會同大家講解下資深教練Larry Sir (陳卓倫先生)如何用一年時間訓練她,可以硬拉60公斤的重量!陳太及Larry Sir會為大家示範三個日常訓練的動作!
In this video, Dr. Joe invited Mrs. Chan to tell us how she started weight training with Mr. Larry Chan (physical trainer). She started from being very weak to now being able to do a deadlift of 60 kg. She encourages everyone to exercise despite of their age.
