Just had our first cockatiel hatch today. My female layed 2 eggs, mom and dad are feeding. The crop appears to have some food, I don’t want to interfere with mom and dad feeding but when should I. Any help is appreciate.

How to hold a almost 1 week old lovebird head to do that

I JUST pulled 2 two week old albinos from their parents because their crops looked like this, last night . They are now in the brooder and once they digested the food fully, i started feeding them. They are doing much better. When i pulled them, one seemed kind of lethargic but thabkfully theybare both ok now. ❤

My birds just hatched 2 albinos . They are about 2 weeks old now and are adorable. Definitely red/pink eyes. Grandma is a all white cockatiel but I believe she has black eyes. Grandpa is a common looking one with lots of yellow and gray. But not a normal. The parents are a normal and a pearl... I have no idea how the genetics work, but I am definitely pleasently surprised lol 😅

I just left a short where a person was heating the food in the microwave... pls, anyone who reads this, dont do that. Just like it could cause serious burns in human babies, it could do the same to bird babies. 😢
