8:25: Fun fact: Little Britain: The Video Game was actually banned in Germany due to this level. This caused the game to be accused by Germans for homophobia. The game was then indexed by the BPjM (which is Bundesprüfstelle für jugendgefährdende Media for short) and was eventually banned altogether in Germany.

the internet did exist in the 80's in fact the internet was created in 1960's according to wiki "In the 1960s, computer scientists began developing systems for time-sharing of computer resources. J. C. R. Licklider proposed the idea of a universal network while working at Bolt Beranek & Newman and, later, leading the Information Processing Techniques Office (IPTO) at the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) of the United States Department of Defense (DoD). Research into packet switching, one of the fundamental Internet technologies, started in the work of Paul Baran at RAND in the early 1960s and, independently, Donald Davies at the United Kingdom's National Physical Laboratory (NPL) in 1965. After the Symposium on Operating Systems Principles in 1967, packet switching from the proposed NPL network and dynamic routing concepts proposed by Baran were incorporated into the design of the ARPANET, an experimental resource sharing network proposed by ARPA. ARPANET development began with two network nodes which were interconnected between the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the Stanford Research Institute (now SRI International) on 29 October 1969. The third site was at the University of California, Santa Barbara, followed by the University of Utah. In a sign of future growth, 15 sites were connected to the young ARPANET by the end of 1971. These early years were documented in the 1972 film Computer Networks: The Heralds of Resource Sharing" tso yeah there's that and these are the same types of dumb takes that also be saying that cell phones didn't exist in the 90's when we literally had nokia cell phones in the in 80's and 90's

I swear, this game had strange platform releases. Europe only had the PlayStation 2 version, and we only got the Nintendo GameCube version. While Japan got both. (This is a similar situation, but with Dillon's Dead-Heat Breakers only having a physical release in Europe and Japan while our release was on the now dead 3DS E-Shop.) Also, I wonder if there was a good ending to this game and not the bad ending where the protagonist shoots at the air when another UFO comes, if you don't die once...

Demolition Girl is the definition of "The Writer's Barely Disguised Fetish", and it was developed by the same team behind Earth Defense Force. I'm quite baffled. It's like making a game about inflation, bondage, amputation, vore, or even feet. Even Sonic Dreams Collection is less fetishistic than this. Like wtf?!
